Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the kh99 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

Account Registration and Security

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kh99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

kh99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been breached, where the security or integrity of the Platform is at risk, or where applicable law or compliance obligations require such action.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting kh99 support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed, and the Player's remaining real-money balance (net of any forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to their registered payment method following standard KYC verification, provided no active investigation is pending.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate the self-exclusion feature from within their account settings. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kh99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

kh99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether planned or unplanned.
Losses arising from the Player's own gambling decisions, including losses incurred on casino games, slots, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets.
Unauthorised access to the Player's account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, civil unrest, pandemics, or any other event beyond kh99's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kh99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

kh99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting Player rights in relation to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or account closure — kh99 will provide reasonable notice of the changes by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying Players via their registered email address.

The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the currently published version of these Terms came into force. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Governing Language

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
